Player Tracking Data

  • Player names and identifiers from ClubWPT Gold
  • Player statistics (VPIP, PFR, hands played)
  • Your personal notes about players
  • Tags and categories you create
  • Table information and session history

Device Information

  • Device name and type (for desktop agent)
  • Device fingerprint (for license management)
  • Agent version and connection status

Usage Data

  • Features used and session duration
  • Error logs and crash reports
  • General usage patterns to improve the Service

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card number. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and subscription status from Stripe.

  • Process your subscription and payments
  • Send you transactional emails (password resets, receipts, account notifications)

Service Providers

  • Supabase - Database hosting, authentication, and real-time sync
  • Stripe - Payment processing
  • Vercel - Website hosting

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

We Do NOT Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
  • Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard encryption
  • Authentication is handled securely via Supabase Auth
  • Access to user data is restricted and logged

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active
  • Deleted accounts: Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
  • Backups: Encrypted backups may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery
  • Legal requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law
