Does PlayerTracker Pro violate ClubWPT Gold's Terms of Service?

No. PlayerTracker Pro is designed to be fully compliant with ClubWPT Gold's Terms of Service.

We've carefully reviewed the ClubWPT Gold TOS and designed our software to respect their rules. Here's how PlayerTracker Pro addresses each relevant TOS section:

Section 4.2(a)(viii) - "Software-Assisted Methods" and Bots

The TOS prohibits: Bots or software that plays automatically.

PlayerTracker Pro does NOT: Make any gameplay decisions, click any buttons, fold/call/raise for you, or interact with the game in any way. It is purely a passive observation tool that displays statistics—similar to taking notes on paper, but digital.

Section 8.2(c) & 8.3(h) - Automated Systems

The TOS prohibits: Automated systems for participating in games, acquiring chips, or submitting mail-in requests.

PlayerTracker Pro does NOT: Automate any game participation, collect or acquire chips automatically, interact with promotions, or submit any requests on your behalf. It only reads and displays information that is already visible to you during gameplay.

Section 23.1(p) - "Unfair Advantage" Systems

The TOS prohibits: Systems that provide an "unfair advantage" over other players.

PlayerTracker Pro provides NO unfair advantage because:

  • It only tracks publicly visible information — the same player names, actions, and statistics that every player at the table can see with their own eyes.
  • It's equivalent to taking notes — professional poker players have always kept notes on opponents. PlayerTracker Pro simply digitizes this age-old practice.
  • It doesn't see hidden information — we cannot see hole cards, deck order, RNG seeds, or anything that isn't displayed to all players.
  • Any player can use it — it's available to everyone, creating a level playing field rather than an unfair advantage.
  • Not a real-time HUD — unlike HUDs that overlay stats during play, PlayerTracker Pro is a separate database tool. It does not display real-time VPIP/PFR or live statistics on top of the game while you play.

The Bottom Line

PlayerTracker Pro is a database and note-taking tool, not a bot, cheat, or HUD. It doesn't play for you, doesn't automate anything, doesn't display real-time stats during gameplay, and only organizes historical information you could track manually with pen and paper. The TOS restrictions are clearly aimed at software that plays the game or manipulates outcomes — neither of which PlayerTracker Pro does.

Is PlayerTracker Pro a HUD?

No. PlayerTracker Pro is NOT a HUD (Heads-Up Display).

A HUD overlays real-time statistics directly on the poker table during gameplay, showing live VPIP, PFR, and other stats updating in real-time as hands are played.

PlayerTracker Pro is different:

  • It's a database application that runs separately from the game
  • Stats are not displayed on the game screen or overlaid during play
  • You manually look up players in the database when you want to review their history
  • It's more like a digital notebook than a real-time analysis tool

Think of it as the difference between having a notepad next to your computer vs. having stats projected onto your screen. PlayerTracker Pro is the notepad — organized and searchable, but not integrated into the game interface.

What information does PlayerTracker Pro track?

PlayerTracker Pro builds a historical database of players you've encountered. This is not a real-time HUD — stats are stored for later reference, not displayed live during gameplay.

Information tracked includes:

  • VPIP (Voluntarily Put money In Pot) — Pulled directly from the player's in-game profile
  • PFR (Pre-Flop Raise) — Pulled directly from the player's in-game profile
  • Hands Played — Pulled directly from the player's in-game profile
  • Player Notes — Your personal notes about opponent tendencies
  • Tags — Color-coded labels to categorize players (e.g., "Fish", "Reg", "Whale")

The VPIP, PFR, and Hands Played statistics come directly from ClubWPT Gold's built-in Player Profiles — the same information any player can view by clicking on an opponent's profile in-game. PlayerTracker Pro simply saves this publicly available profile data to a searchable database for your convenience.

Can I get banned for using PlayerTracker Pro?

We've designed PlayerTracker Pro to comply with ClubWPT Gold's Terms of Service, and we believe the risk is minimal. However, we want to be transparent:

  • We are not affiliated with ClubWPT — we cannot guarantee their interpretation of their own TOS.
  • TOS can change — platforms may update their rules at any time.
  • Enforcement is at their discretion — ultimately, ClubWPT decides what they consider acceptable.

That said, PlayerTracker Pro is a database and note-taking tool — not a real-time HUD or overlay. It simply helps you organize information about players you've encountered, similar to keeping a notebook.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously:

  • Local storage — Your player database is stored locally on your computer
  • Encrypted sync — Cloud sync uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Your data, your control — You can export or delete your data at any time
  • No sharing — We never share your player notes or statistics with anyone
  • Row-level security — Each user's cloud data is isolated and protected

What devices and platforms are supported?

Currently, PlayerTracker Pro supports:

  • Windows 10/11 (64-bit) — Full desktop agent support
  • Web Dashboard — Access your stats from any browser

The desktop agent must run on Windows where ClubWPT Gold is installed. The web dashboard can be accessed from any device (phone, tablet, Mac) to view your synced statistics.

How do I get started?

  1. Download the PlayerTracker Pro agent
  2. Create an account or sign in
  3. Launch the agent — it will automatically detect when you're playing ClubWPT Gold
  4. Play poker! Stats are tracked automatically as you play
  5. View your player database in the agent or on the web dashboard
